Job summary

Siri Healthcare is seeking QC Microbiology Analysts I & II to support the Quality Control Microbiology Department at our Memphis, TN facility. You will perform environmental monitoring, microbiological testing, and routine lab tasks while adhering to SOPs, cGMP, and data integrity requirements.

The roles require 3–6 months of relevant lab experience, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work onsite on the Sunday–Thursday shift (2:00 PM–11:00 PM).

Qualifications

• Educational background in Biology or Microbiology preferred.
• Minimum 3–6 months relevant laboratory experience.
• Basic understanding of microbiology and lab instrumentation.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Computer proficiency and effective communication skills.
• Onsite work in Memphis, TN on the assigned shift.

Responsibilities

• Perform environmental monitoring, including air, surface, and personnel sampling.
• Support routine microbiological testing, raw material testing, and product-release testing.
• Maintain laboratory supplies, media, reagents, and inventory.
• Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), cGMP requirements, and Good Documentation Practices.
• Maintain accurate laboratory records and ensure data integrity.
• Use laboratory computer systems, including MODA.
• Assist with laboratory organization, documentation, and daily operations.

Responsibilities
