Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a scientific discipline with 0–1 year of experience.
• BS in Microbiology, Chemistry, Biochemistry or Biology preferred.
• Experience with GMP QC Microbiology and knowledge of compendial test methods (Bioburden, Endotoxin, sterility) preferred.
• Ability to troubleshoot and maintain laboratory equipment and instrumentation.
• Experience with microbial ID systems (MALDI, MicroSeq) a plus.

Responsibilities

• Supports environmental and utilities monitoring sample collection.
• Defines protocols for sample collection and logistics ensuring regulatory compliance.
• Coordinates testing materials and supplies for the lab.
• Plans materials stocking and partners with procurement and inventory to optimize operations.
• Performs advanced microbiology testing and analyzes Bioburden, Endotoxin, and microbial findings.
