Job summary

JCW Group in Philadelphia, PA seeks an experienced QC Microbiologist for a 6-month contract to support microbiological testing in a GMP pharmaceutical environment.

You will perform MET and AET, method suitability testing, water testing, and environmental monitoring, and assist deviations and investigations. A Bachelor's in Microbiology or related field is preferred, with 5–7+ years of QC Microbiology experience.

Qualifications

• 5–7+ years of QC Microbiology experience.
• Strong hands-on experience with MET, AET, and method suitability.
• Experience with water testing and environmental monitoring.
• GMP pharmaceutical experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Microbiology, Biology, or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform Microbial Enumeration Testing (MET) and Antimicrobial Effectiveness Testing (AET).
• Perform method suitability testing and validation activities.
• Conduct pharmaceutical water testing and environmental monitoring.
• Support deviations, investigations, and laboratory documentation.
