Qualifications

• Bachelor's in Microbiology, Molecular Biology, or related field with 3+ years in a regulated manufacturing setting.
• Understanding of USP, EP, JP and FDA microbiology testing requirements.
• Proficiency in Word and Excel; adaptable to changing project timelines.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine and non-routine microbiological testing and environmental monitoring.
• Maintain lab equipment, cleanrooms, and documentation per Good Documentation Practices.
• Communicate findings with QC peers and management; support CAPAs and investigations.
• Prepare and review SOPs, protocols, and validation plans as needed.
• Follow cGMP, USP, and regulatory guidelines; participate in shift work as required.
