Responsibilities include coordinating testing schedules, partnering with QC, Manufacturing, and Stability teams, resolving bottlenecks, monitoring timelines, and driving continuous improvement in laboratory operations.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of analytical laboratory experience.
• Strong organizational, scheduling, and project coordination skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of GMP and QC laboratory operations.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in science, engineering, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and optimize laboratory testing schedules to support critical timelines.
• Partner cross-functionally with QC, Manufacturing, Stability, and other key teams.
• Identify and resolve scheduling conflicts, bottlenecks, and capacity constraints.
• Monitor workload, testing timelines, and operational performance.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives across laboratory operations.
