Job summary

Zebra Technologies is seeking a QC Laboratory Associate in Morris Plains, NJ to perform daily testing, material calibration, and in-process quality checks. You will report test results, assist with data collection, and support NCR investigations while maintaining ISO and GMP compliance.

The role emphasizes attention to safety, documentation, and teamwork in a dynamic lab environment, with opportunities for growth and participation in incentive programs.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Excellent organizational skills preferred.
• Good written and oral communication skills required.
• Ability to read and interpret data, including graphs, as they relate to test results.
• Ability to collect pertinent data, establish facts, draw conclusions, and identify problems.
• Computer skills: Word processing, spreadsheet (Corel & Excel), and e-mail in Windows.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily QC lab testing and calibrate lab equipment.
• Test raw materials and perform paperwork and process audits.
• Report daily test data and support in-process testing.
• Identify non-conforming materials and initiate NCRs.
• Maintain calibration of densitometers and data entry into databases.
• Support QMP compliance and ISO/GMP documentation.
