Job summary

ACL Digital in Frederick, MD, is seeking a Quality Control Technician I – QC Lab Support for a 12-month, 100% onsite assignment. The role operates on a 4/10 swing shift (Wed-Sat, 3:00pm-2:00am) in a lab environment, focusing on sample management, shipments, and cross-functional QC tasks.

Responsibilities include logging samples in LIMS, processing samples for testing, labeling and storing materials, coordinating transfers, and supporting deviations and investigations as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or AA with 2+ years QC/biopharma lab experience; or HS with 3+ years QC/biopharma lab experience.
• Experience in GMP/QC lab environment preferred.
• Proficient with MS Office suite and data logging tools.

Responsibilities

• Receive and log samples into LIMS with documentation.
• Prepare samples for release/stability testing and aliquoting.
• Label, store and organize samples per procedures and storage requirements.
• Coordinate sample transfers to internal and external labs.
• Perform routine cleaning, restocking, and records review in QC Lab Support.
• Support deviation/investigation activities as needed.
• Provide updates during daily/weekly meetings.
• Assist Lean Lab and Operation Excellence initiatives.
