Job summary

Lantheus in Springfield, NJ seeks a QC Lab Services Analyst to support daily laboratory operations, ensure GMP/GLP/compliance, and collaborate cross-functionally to enable high-quality lab services. This on-site role requires a presence five days per week for work authorization within the United States.

Responsibilities include sample tracking, QC material management, inventory control, and KPI reporting while maintaining regulatory readiness and process improvements.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Chemistry, Biology, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 3–5+ years of laboratory operations or lab services experience required, Radiopharmaceutical experience preferred.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills under strict timelines.
  • Ability to convey complex ideas to management and customers; independent judgement during method development/transfer.
  • Team-oriented and able to work with cross-functional teams.
  • Fluent in Microsoft Office and experienced with LIMS.

  • Supports the continuous development of lab services staff.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, SOPs, and regulatory requirements such as GMP, GLP, and OSHA.
  • Supports lab inventory, ordering, and vendor coordination.
  • Partner cross-functional with Quality, Operations, and Facilities teams.
  • Supports tracking and reporting KPIs, service requests, and inventory accuracy.

Summary Of Role

We are seeking a Quality Control (QC) Lab Services Analyst, who is responsible for supporting daily laboratory operations, ensuring efficient service delivery, compliance with regulatory standards, and high-quality support for laboratory functions. This role is part of lab services staff, support projects for continuous improvement, workflows, and partners cross-functionally to support operational and business needs.

This position is based in Springfield, NJ and requires a presence on-site five days per week, and open to applicants authorized to work for any employer within the United States.

Basic Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Chemistry, Biology, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 3–5+ years of laboratory operations or lab services experience required, Radiopharmaceutical experience preferred.
  • Strong organizational, and problem-solving skills while working under strict timelines.
  • Ability to convey complex ideas in a simple manner to management and customers, exercise independent judgement during method development/transfer processes.
  • Team oriented mindset and demonstrates ability to work easily with cross functional teams.
  • Fluent in Microsoft Office and experienced in working with laboratory information management systems (LIMS).
Preferred Qualifications
  • Familiarity in quality control systems is desirable. Knowledge of global regulatory requirements related to Quality Control of systemic processes is desirable.
  • Understanding of laboratory processes and compliance requirements.
  • Strong organization, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Experience with electronic lab systems or inventory systems preferred.
  • Knowledge of SOPs, cGMPs and the ability to work within a regulatory environment such as FDA and/or EMEA.
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, complex, and changing environment.
  • Proactive mindset with strong collaboration skills.
  • Experience working with external partners is highly desirable.

The pay range for this position is between $72,000 and $107, 000 annually.

Actual base pay offered may vary depending on a number of factors such as job-related knowledge, skills and experience. Employees in this position are eligible for a discretionary performance-based cash incentive. Benefits for this position include a comprehensive health benefits package that includes medical, prescription drug, dental, and vision coverage. Other offerings include life and disability benefits, pre-tax accounts, a 401(k) with company contribution, and a variety of other benefits. In addition, employees are eligible for a generous time off package including paid vacation, holidays, sick days, and paid parental leave.
