• Ability to use manual gauges (e.g. micrometer, calipers, dial indicator, scale).
• Experience with visual inspection systems (e.g. Smartscopes).
• Ability to comprehend written instructions with industry-specific terms and technical concepts.
• Ability to document inspection results.
• Ability to communicate affectively (Spanish a plus but not required).

Aufgaben

• Perform inspections as required for the assigned area(s).
• Measure product dimensions using hand-held gauges.
• Perform visual inspection to evaluate qualitative characteristics.
• Measure dimensions using visual inspection systems (e.g. Smartscope).
• Follow part-specific inspection plans.
• Interpret Bal Seal purchase orders.
• Manage workflow and resources as required for the area(s).
• Interpret and adhere to internal procedures, part drawings, and other design/process control documents.
• Create and audit quality records with good documentation practice.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
