Job summary

MilliporeSigma in Danvers, MA is seeking a Quality Control Inspector to uphold quality standards across production lines. You will inspect products, monitor processes, and coordinate with manufacturing to ensure GMP-aligned outcomes.

Your Role

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Responsible for quality control inspection of products to the established quality standards to meet customer demand and expectations when needed.
• Optimizes operations to realize maximum efficiency and productivity.
• Ensures and verifies proper line opening and line closing for one or more complete operations.
• Monitor and maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Partner with the manufacturing team to communicate any issues or opportunities that may affect product quality and agree of resolution.
• Ensures team performance through reliability and accuracy of own work as well as others.
• Communicate with previous and following shifts the status of processes.
• Verify and review paperwork for accuracy.
• Coordinate material disposition activities in support of Production requirements and consumptions.
• Monitor Line Clearance of Materials & Equipment to ensure GMP standards.
• C Shift: Monday - Thursday 10pm - 6:30am

Who You Are

Minimum Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with GMP, GDP, and ISO standards.
• Experience with Track Wise.
• Strong leadership skills.
• Strong communication skills.
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite.

Pay Range for this position: $20 - $34 / hour

The offer range represents the anticipated low and high end of the base pay compensation for this position. The actual compensation offered will be determined by factors such as location, level of experience, education, skills, and other job-related factors. Position may be eligible for sales or performance-based bonuses. Benefits offered by the Company include health insurance, paid time off (PTO), retirement contributions, and other perquisites.
