Job summary

Anomatic Corporation is seeking a Quality Inspector to monitor and document the aesthetic quality of anodized parts and to verify production quantities. The role includes proper segregation and identification of poor quality products, and sorting according to specified criteria to ensure customer satisfaction.

The Inspector will input data, print job cards, and coordinate with line operators and process teams to communicate quality issues and quantity shortages.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and document the aesthetic quality (color, visual defects) of anodized parts.
• Monitor the quantity of parts produced compared to production schedule.
• Record production quantities in SyteLine.
• Provide timely communication to line operators and teams regarding quality issues.
• Ensure proper packaging of each part per job card and correct quantities.
• Print production reports, labels, and job cards using SyteLine ERP.
• Maintain a clean work area.
• Complete data entry activities as needed.
• Perform all other duties as needed.

Job Summary

The Quality Inspector is responsible for monitoring and documenting the aesthetic quality (color, visual defects) of anodized parts and the quantity of parts produced. The Inspector is also responsible for the proper segregation and identification of poor quality product, and for sorting product according to specified criteria.

• Monitor the quantity of parts produced compared to production schedule.
• Record production quantities in Syteline.
• Provide timely and complete communication to Line Operators, Crew Leader, Process Assistant and all other impacted operations and functional teams regarding quality issues and quantity shortages.
• Provide adequate and relevant information to incoming shift team members.
• Ensure proper packaging of each part per job card, including accurate number of parts per box, boxes per skid and proper packaging materials.
• Ensure all required customer order quantities are met
• Print all necessary production reports, labels, and job cards using SyteLine ERP system.
• Complete data entry activities as needed.
• Maintain a clean work area.
• Perform all other duties as needed.
