JobDiva, Inc. is seeking a dependable QC Inspector to inspect incoming materials, record results, and support quality operations in a fast-paced warehouse setting.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma, strong attention to detail, the ability to lift up to 30 lbs, and comfort using calipers or micrometers; training is provided. Experience in FDA/ISO environments is a plus and basic MS Office skills are helpful for reporting.

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • Experience in Quality Control, Receiving, or Warehouse preferred.
  • Mechanical inspection experience preferred.
  • FDA- or ISO-regulated environment experience is a plus.
  • Familiarity with calipers, micrometers, depth gauges, or other measuring tools is a plus.
  • Knowledge of ANSI/ASQ Z1.4, FDA QSR, ISO 9000, or ISO 13485 is a plus.
  • Basic MS Office skills, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Strong attention to detail and a 'do it right the first time' mindset.
  • Ability to work independently with limited supervision.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse/receiving environment.
  • Ability to lift up to 30 lbs.
  • Ability to stand and/or walk for more than four hours per day.

Responsibilities

  • Inspect incoming materials and receive goods for quality.
  • Complete inspection records and maintain quality documentation.
  • Check and unload incoming shipments.
  • Count, weigh, and measure materials against invoices, orders, bills of landing, and other records.
  • Identify shortages, damaged materials, and non-conforming materials.
  • Maintain the receiving area in a neat and orderly manner.
  • Route materials to the appropriate departments.
  • Work with other departments to resolve discrepancies and quality issues.
  • Maintain accurate records of inspections and receiving activities.
  • Perform basic testing and sampling procedures.
  • Support ongoing quality projects.
  • Enter data and prepare reports using computer systems.
