Job summary

QRC Group, LLC in Gurabo, Puerto Rico is seeking an experienced QC Incoming Associate to manage reserve samples in regulated environments. You will ensure traceability, perform visual inspections of controlled substances, and support investigations with data gathering.

Requirements include a bachelor’s degree in a scientific discipline, 3+ years in pharma/biotech investigations, bilingual Spanish/English, and proficiency with computer systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a scientific discipline.
• 3+ years of pharmaceutical/biotech investigations experience.
• Bilingual in Spanish and English with strong written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Manage retain samples of Raw Materials, Finished Goods and Bulk.
• Store reserve samples under specified conditions to preserve integrity.
• Document reserve samples in logbooks and electronic systems for traceability.
• Conduct periodic visual inspection of Controlled Substances and reserve samples.
• Document and report findings from visual evaluations of customer complaints samples.
• Prepare reports on inventory and expiration of Controlled Substances and reserve samples.
• Identify when reserve samples have reached retention period and dispose per regulatory standards.
• Contribute to investigations by gathering data and reviewing evidence.
