Job summary

Qualifications

• Education: B.S. or B.A. in a relevant scientific discipline.
• Experience: 3 to 5 years of GMP-regulated lab environment experience.
• Knowledge: Working knowledge of cGMP, GxP, Data Integrity (ALCOA+).
• Experience supporting lab equipment, instrumentation, or quality systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support lifecycle management of QC lab equipment (install, qualification, maintenance, calibration, relocation, retirement, documentation).
• Troubleshoot equipment issues and support investigations.
• Perform basic non-invasive maintenance on lab instruments (e.g., UHPLC) and coordinate vendor support.
• Serve as QC point of contact for equipment inquiries and coordinate with vendors and internal teams.
• Coordinate preventive maintenance, calibration, qualification, and repair to minimize downtime.
• Assist with equipment inventory and asset management.
• Support equipment-related quality systems (deviations, CAPAs, investigations).
• Train QC personnel on equipment operation and procedures.
