American Regent, Inc. is seeking an Environmental Monitoring professional to support aseptic manufacturing and ensure environmental control in classified areas.
The role involves sampling of air, surfaces, and personnel, with data recorded in Labware LIMS and adherence to cGMP and SOP requirements. The candidate should have at least a high school diploma, an associate degree in microbiology or related field, and experience in a laboratory or manufacturing setting.
The Environmental Monitoring Team is responsible for the activities associated with the manufacture of safe, effective, and sterile pharmaceuticals in accordance with company SOPs, policies, and cGMPs. The Environmental Monitoring Team works in concert with the manufacturing department and plays a critical role in ensuring environmental control of the aseptic manufacturing facility.
Physically able to wear and aseptically don cleanroom/protective gowning and equipment, including but not limited to gowning, goggles, face shields, respirators, and protective gloves.
PPE is essential for the health and safety of employees. Employees must maintain a clean‑shaven appearance each working shift to wear tight‑fitting respirators properly.
Specific vision requirements include 20/20 near vision (can be corrected with eyeglasses or contacts) and color vision. Employee must be able to occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds. Job activities require long periods of standing and use of controlled movements as well as aseptic techniques/behaviors in the sterile filling suites.
Expected hourly range: $23.61 - $25.00
