Job summary

Flux Resources, LLC is seeking a QC Associate to coordinate planning, implementation, and supervision of the quality control plan on data center construction projects. The role involves working with the project team and outside agencies to ensure inspections and testing are conducted according to contract requirements.

Responsibilities include developing QC programs, preparing templates, tracking deficiencies, documenting all QC activities, and providing weekly status updates to the QC Program

Qualifications

• Communication with Project Team and clients is essential.
• Ability to coordinate across QC team, PM, and field personnel.
• Demonstrated attention to detail and documentation control.
• Experience with construction QC processes is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Participate in Planning Phase of QC program with QCS Team, PM, and Superintendent.
• Develop FOW lists and tie them to project schedules.
• Develop site-specific QC programs and submit to QC Senior Manager for review.
• Create meeting and inspection templates for each FOW.
• Execute four phases of control (Planning, Preparatory, Initial, Inspections) with subs, vendors, and client(s).
• Inspect incoming materials for submittal compliance and storage.
• Oversee inspections and track deficiencies to resolution.
• Document and track all QC documentation and third-party inspections.
• Provide weekly status reports and attend progress meetings.
