Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Chemistry, or Biology for production chemistry work.
• At least 1 year of hands-on laboratory experience with titrations, pH testing, and viscosity measurements.
• Demonstrated experience with wet chemistry techniques, including titration and routine solution preparation.
• Basic computer skills (Word and Excel) for data entry and documentation.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with high testing volumes.
• Proactive attitude toward learning and taking on responsibilities.
• Clear communication and collaboration with lab, manufacturing, and purchasing.

Responsibilities

• Perform quality control analysis of finished products, raw materials, and projects as needed.
• Analyze test data and approve/reject/adjust products based on QC specifications.
• Reexamine retained product samples when defects are suspected.
• Collaborate with manufacturing personnel to maintain product quality and resolve issues.
• Use laboratory equipment, perform titrations, measure viscosity and pH; operate ICP, AA, and HPLC as needed.
• Work with Manufacturing and Purchasing to maintain high quality materials and sources.
• Maintain accurate test records and timely data entry into computer systems.
• Keep the laboratory clean, safe, and organized; perform general duties.
• Carry out additional lab duties to support operations.
