Job summary

Qualifications

• Active certification must be refreshed within 3 months of hire.
• 2 years of data center construction experience is ideal.
• Knowledge of building codes, NFPA-70E, and the NEC.

Responsibilities

• Participate in planning QC program with the project team.
• Develop site-specific QC Programs for projects.
• Inspect incoming materials and oversee inspections.

Skills

Active certification with Army Corps of Engineers

OSHA-10 certification

BIM360 experience

Excellent written and verbal skills

Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite

Document control skills

Education

Certification in Construction Quality Management
