QC Apprentice – Rossmönster
Longmont, CO · Full-time, on-site · $24-$29/hour
Every Rossmönster vehicle has to look, drive, and sound like a premium product before it reaches the customer. As our QC Apprentice, you'll help make sure it does.
half your time is spent driving finished vehicles on road tests, hunting down squeaks and rattles, alignment pulls, wheel balance issues, and anything else a customer would notice. The rest of your time is in the shop: inspecting builds, documenting findings on the QC checklist, and following each issue until it's closed.
This is an entry-level role with hands-on training and a real path into quality, service, or production. If you have a sharp eye, a sharp ear, and a love of vehicles, we want to hear from you.
Rossmönster started in 2010 as a custom woodworking shop and has grown into a builder of premium adventure vans and overland trucks, including the Havn, Skye, and Baja lines. Our team of woodworkers, engineers, electricians, and outdoor enthusiasts builds from a 45,000-square-foot facility in Longmont, Colorado. Our customers expect their vehicles to be quiet, solid, and ready for anything, and our QC team makes sure they are.
This is an apprenticeship. As your skills grow, you'll take on more of the inspection checklist, run final QC on your own, and have a path to a QC Technician role or into service and production.
