Qualifikationen

• Assoc: BS/BA in Chemistry, Biochemistry, Biology or related field (or equivalent).
• Int: BS/BA in Chemistry, Biochemistry, Biology or related field with 2+ years' experience.
• Sr: BS/BA in Chemistry, Biochemistry, Biology or related field with 5+ years' experience.
• PhD degree preferred.

Aufgaben

• Develop, optimize, validate, and transfer analytical test procedures.
• Establish and optimize methods for testing product and raw materials.
• Design and review assay qualification and validation protocols.
• Collaborate with vendors to evaluate new instrumentation and technology.
• Lead troubleshooting activities and provide analytical support for test methods and process issues.
• Conduct investigations and customer complaint analysis.
• Present findings and scientific arguments at meetings and in reports.
• Train and mentor junior team members and write SOPs.
• Manage the lifecycle of analytical testing methods.
• Design and execute experiments to assess and optimize technology.
• Produce and maintain accurate records.
• Represent Analytical Sciences on interdepartmental teams.
