Johnson & Johnson is recruiting a Quality Control Analyst for CAR-T Critical Reagents in Raritan, NJ. You will qualify reagents for QC labs, document results, and ensure compliance with GMP, GDP, and SOPs. The role supports audits and cross-functional teams.

The position requires a bachelor’s degree in biology/biochemistry, and experience with qPCR, flow cytometry, ELISA, cell culture, and potency assays. Regular hours with possible travel and weekends as needed.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s or equivalent university degree required in Biology, Biochemistry, or related field.
• Experience with cGMP and GDP practices.
• Knowledge of qPCR, Flow Cytometry, ELISA, Cell Culture, and potency assays.

Mansioni

• Conduct analytical testing to qualify reagents used in CAR-T QC labs.
• Ensure testing adheres to GMP, GDP, and SOPs.
• Document results using eLIMS or paper records.
• Support internal audits and CAPAs.
• Prepare qualification documentation and COAs.
