Job summary

eTeam seeks an entry-level Quality Control (QC) Shared Services Analyst I to support QC operations by sampling, testing, and documenting raw materials, buffers, and process materials in a regulated manufacturing environment.

You will perform safety and identity testing of incoming materials, ensure chain-of-custody, maintain clean sampling areas, and document results in controlled records, adhering to cGMP and GDP standards.

• Perform sampling of incoming raw materials, components, and process materials according to approved procedures and sampling plans.

• Support material disposition activities through timely collection and delivery of samples.
• Conduct required safety and identity testing of raw materials and buffers using approved analytical methods.
• Prepare reagents, standards, and test solutions as required.
• Accurately document testing activities and results in laboratory systems and controlled records.
• Review test data for completeness and compliance with applicable procedures.
• Escalate atypical results, deviations, or quality concerns to management.
• Follow current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP), Good Documentation Practices (GDP), and laboratory procedures.
