Job summary

Divcon Controls in Irving, TX is seeking a QC Technician for panel assembly to support QAQC planning and site conformance checks. The role involves field travel up to 50% and reporting to the QAQC manager. You will review drawings, help align workflows with ISO 9001, and develop standardized documentation.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in QAQC and ISO 9001 experience, strong attention to detail, and proficiency with Excel and Word. BIM knowledge is a plus.

Qualifications

• 3+ years experience in QAQC roles.
• 3+ years experience with ISO 9001 standards.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work unsupervised and self-initiate tasks.
• Aptitude for technical data processing and analysis.
• HVAC automation experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Review DDC drawings for scope compliance and sequence accuracy.
• Assist in developing standardized documentation to align with ISO 9001.
• Assist in creating a standardized file system.
• Coordinate QAQC activities across departments.
• Review customer quality programs and standards.
• Coordinate with Project Managers to ensure timely QAQC staffing.
• Evaluate onsite teams for QAQC compliance.
• Serve as Divcon’s representative with customer and contractor quality teams.
• Support TAB and commissioning alongside site teams.
• Prepare for major milestones and commissioning activities.
