Job summary

Inova-GoHealth Urgent Care is seeking an experienced Quality & Operations Radiologic Technologist to support clinical excellence and operational consistency across our Northern Virginia centers. This role blends direct patient care with dedicated time for quality initiatives and workflow improvements.

The position requires travel between centers, partner with market leadership on process improvements, and focus on QA/QC processes for radiology equipment and patient logs to drive consistent

Qualifications

• ARRT certification required.
• State Radiologic Technologist licensure required (where applicable).
• BLS certification required.
• Minimum of 2 years of Radiologic Technologist experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide radiologic services and direct patient care in urgent care centers.
• Conduct workflow and operational assessments across assigned locations.
• Support QA/QC processes for clinical equipment and patient logs.
• Partner with center leaders for improvement and team development.
• Reconcile ordered laboratory testing and results in clinical systems.
• Assist with training, compliance monitoring, and special projects.
• Champion Medical Assistant w/ Limited X-Ray Learning Program.
• Oversee PACs Admin RTs and share best practices across the market.

Compensation: $45.50-$54.50/hour

Travel Requirement: Regular travel between assigned Inova-GoHealth Urgent Care centers throughout Northern Virginia.

What You'll Do

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license and ability to travel between centers


• Strong organizational, communication, and documentation skills


• Knowledge of radiology and laboratory QA/QC processes preferred
