MU Aqua Engineering Inc. is seeking a proactive Quality Engineer to join our construction team.

You will ensure quality standards across all phases of large-scale projects, oversee QA/QC procedures, and collaborate with contractors and management to meet specifications and safety requirements. You will conduct inspections, document QA/QC activities, and drive continuous improvement in semiconductor fab construction, ensuring alignments with project scope and regulatory standards.

Qualifications

  • 1–3 years of experience in construction, QA/QC, or a related engineering field
  • Hands-on experience working on construction sites, with a solid understanding of construction processes and safety protocols
  • Basic knowledge of quality control, inspections, and construction documentation practices
  • Ability to identify issues and support corrective actions
  • Familiarity with construction drawings, specifications, and project requirements
  • High attention to detail with the ability to perform thorough inspections and assessments
  • Good communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
  • Familiarity with QA/QC standards, inspection tools, and relevant regulations is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Support development, implementation, and monitoring of QA/QC procedures for semiconductor fab construction projects, ensuring full compliance with project specifications, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.
  • Conduct inspections, testing, and audits of materials, equipment, and construction workmanship, identifying non-conformances and recommending corrective and preventive actions.
  • Apply engineering expertise to oversee quality performance across all construction phases, promote process improvements, and support continuous enhancement of semiconductor fabrication facilities and project deliverables.
  • Prepare detailed quality assurance reports, maintain precise documentation of QA/QC activities, and collaborate with project teams, contractors, and management to ensure compliance and risk mitigation.

Job Summary

Conduct inspections, testing, and audits of materials, equipment, and construction workmanship, identifying non-conformances and recommending corrective and preventive actions to maintain fab construction quality and reliability.

Quality Assurance & Continuous Improvement

Apply engineering expertise to oversee quality performance across all construction phases, promote process improvements, and support continuous enhancement of semiconductor fabrication facilities and project deliverables.

Prepare detailed quality assurance reports, maintain precise documentation of QA/QC activities, and collaborate closely with project teams, contractors, and management to ensure compliance, risk mitigation, and informed decision-making throughout the fab construction process.
