Job summary

RXinsider LTD. is hiring a Pharmaceutical QA Inspector in Columbia, SC. The role focuses on visual inspection of injectable products and ensuring batch records meet regulatory and internal standards.

You will support packaging QA verifications and line clearances while maintaining clean, compliant work areas. The ideal candidate has 1–3 years in pharma QA, a High School Diploma or GED, and a Visual Inspection certification.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of related experience in the pharmaceutical industry.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Visual Inspection certification or equivalent preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Detail oriented with good observation ability.
• Proficient in MS Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel).
• Familiarity with GMP/cGMP and SOPs is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Perform finished product attribute inspections.
• Visual inspections of Outsourcing products when needed.
• QA verifications of packaging and label checks.
• Maintain quality documentation and batch records.
• Monitor production areas for adherence to cGMP and SOPs.
• Help with line clearance and testing activities.
• Communicate quality observations to Quality Management.
