Job summary

Mentor Technical Group is seeking a validation specialist to review and audit validation, qualification, and verification activities in the pharmaceutical industry. Ideal candidates will have a degree in Chemical Engineering and proven experience in compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP).

The role requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, along with proficiency in MS Office. Bilingual candidates fluent in English and Spanish are preferred. Join us in supporting life sciences clients globally, from Puerto Rico to the United States.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in validation, qualification, and verification within a pharmaceutical manufacturing environment.
• Strong knowledge of current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP) and regulatory requirements.
• Experience with Change Control processes, regulatory impact assessments, and cross-functional coordination.

Responsibilities

• Review and audit validation, qualification, and verification activities.
• Participate in defining validation/qualification strategies.
• Review and approve Operational Qualification (OQ) and Performance/Process Qualification (PQ) activities.
