Job summary

Kelly Life Science is seeking a QA Training Specialist to join our onsite team in Gurabo, PR. You will develop and deliver QA training programs, ensuring compliance with cGMPs and producing clear technical documentation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Natural Science or related field (required)
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar position within the pharmaceutical industry
• Experience in training and curricula development; ability to develop new training programs
• Knowledge of cGMPs (current Good Manufacturing Practices), compliance, and technical writing
• Strong computer and software skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Spanish (bilingual)
• Experience with compliance aspects preferred
