Agility Partners is seeking a qualified QA Analyst to fill an open position with one of our clients. This position is integral to delivering high-quality solutions in projects of moderate to high complexity.
In this role, you will:
- Develop, document, and execute test plans, test scripts, and data validation processes.
- Collaborate with business and development teams to ensure testable requirements and expected results.
- Conduct manual, automated, regression, and performance testing; report and manage defects.
- Support UAT efforts and off-hour production releases while maintaining regression test beds.

The Ideal Candidate
Qualifications:
- Experience creating test plans, test scripts, and identifying expected results from requirements or discussions.
- Moderate to advanced SQL skills, with a focus on data testing over UI testing.
- Familiarity with Python for test data generation, scripting, or programming; Excel macros experience is a plus.
- Development experience (preferably in Python) and experience with financial data or large data migrations.
- Background in API testing and working with commercial loan, collections, or credit card data (preferred).
- Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail and curiosity to identify issues.
- Ability to manage workload, create schedules, and work with minimal supervision.
- Strong collaboration skills and a self-starter attitude, with the ability to understand systems with limited documentation.
