Creative Director, Beauty, Cosmetics, Skincare for a full-time position. Must have strong experience in Beauty, Cosmetics, or Skincare.

This position is onsite in the greater Tulsa, Oklahoma area.

What you will be doing:

1. Lead a team with marketing and design expertise as well as understanding of business.
2. Build, lead, and review the work for the creative team involved in the production of all web, print, and digital marketing collateral.
3. Manage content strategy for all projects, including digital and brand design.
4. Develop marketing plans and creative content for internal marketing campaigns.
5. Create content across all platforms for social media, web, and print.
6. Analyze brand tracking, market trends, consumer needs, and the competitive landscape.
7. Handle budgeting, forecasting, and manage expenses.
8. Coordinate with outside vendor partners on content projects.

What you will need:

• 3-5+ years of experience as a Creative Director.
• Strong experience in the Beauty, Cosmetics, or Skincare industry.
• 7-10 years of experience in Production and Graphic Design across all channels including digital, social media, paid media, mobile, offline, and print.
• Experience in DTC (direct-to-consumer brands, direct sales).
• Experience creating marketing and advertising campaigns.
• Experience overseeing production and managing budgets.
• Experience creating integrated content across all marketing channels.
• Experience with concept development.
• Leadership experience in managing a creative team.
• Proficiency with tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects), Canva, Google.
• Experience with social channels including Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, X, and others.
