Responsibilities

• Requirements Analysis, Test Design, Test Data creation, Test case creation, automation, test execution, troubleshooting defect with the developers
• Display leadership skills and not just take orders in regards to the project work
• Require minimal technical leadership and be willing to take lots of initiative
• Capable without having to evaluate or rewrite code, means should be self-reliant in complete his/her own work without need of oversight from others
• Willing to ask questions and then take action; solution oriented
• Excellent communication skills to interact with customer
