Job summary

Enlightened, Inc. seeks a Quality Assurance Tester to support critical IT and OT systems, including PATH's PCPS. The role involves issue resolution, testing, and reporting across PATH facilities, with field participation as needed.

Responsibilities include executing test cases, debugging, and creating test logs, while coordinating with software and hardware vendors. A bachelor's in CS/IT or 1+ year IT experience is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field, or four years of equivalent work experience in IT support.
• At least one year of experience working with computer technology.

Responsibilities

• Execute test cases under varying circumstances and document test results.
• Detect bugs and assist with troubleshooting.
• Create logs to document testing phases and track defects.
• Produce ad hoc reports for the Project Team.
• Review test procedures and develop test scripts.
• Review and analyze system specifications.
• Collaborate with engineers and PATH staff to develop testing strategies.
• Evaluate hardware and software functions per specifications.
• Conduct post-release and post-implementation testing.
• Set up distribution of ad hoc reports daily, weekly, monthly.
• Coordinate service with vendors to repair or replace defective products.
• Work with cross-functional teams to ensure quality throughout SDLC.
