• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, or related field.
• 2+ years of software quality assurance or testing experience.
• Experience designing and executing test plans, test cases, and test scenarios.
• Experience with system, integration, end-to-end, regression, and user-focused testing.

Responsibilities

• Participate in Agile ceremonies and provide quality-focused input.
• Develop test plans, scenarios, and data from requirements.
• Perform manual testing: smoke, regression, exploratory, usability, integration, end-to-end.
• Document results and track defects with evidence.
• Verify fixes and retest.
• Report testing progress and quality metrics to teams.
• Collaborate on system integration testing across platforms.
• Coordinate regression testing for quarterly releases.
• Develop testing dashboards and coverage metrics.
• Support automation by identifying manual tests for automation.
