Job summary

Lavendo is seeking a QA professional to own manual testing for web applications end-to-end in a hybrid environment. You will track and prioritize issues in Jira, collaborate closely with founders and senior engineers, and directly influence product quality used by Fortune 100 clients.

A strong candidate has 2+ years of QA experience and solid knowledge of HTML/CSS/JS. Base salary ranges from $50,000 to $70,000 per year, with 100% company-paid medical, dental, and vision, a 401(k) plan, and

Qualifications

• 2+ years of hands-on manual QA experience with web applications.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field, or equivalent experience/certifications.
• Strong command of Jira for bug tracking and workflow management.
• Solid grasp of SDLC and testing methodologies.
• Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Fluent Russian is a strong plus.
