As a QA Tester, you will perform thorough testing of software applications, identify and report bugs, and work closely with developers to resolve issues. You will also contribute to the continuous improvement of our products and ensure they meet industry standards and client expectations.

What you will do:

1. Design, develop, and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases for our software applications.
2. Conduct manual and automated testing to identify bugs, defects, and other issues.
3. Collaborate with the development team to ensure that software applications meet quality standards and requirements.
4. Document and track testing activities, results, and defects using appropriate tools and methodologies.
5. Provide feedback and recommendations to the development team to improve the quality and performance of our software applications.
6. Participate in code reviews and other quality assurance activities to ensure that our software applications are robust, reliable, and user-friendly.

What we need:

1. A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
2. Proven experience as a QA Tester or Software Tester, with a strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and quality assurance processes.
3. Proficiency in manual and automated testing tools and techniques, including but not limited to Selenium, JIRA, and TestRail.
4. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify, analyze, and resolve complex issues.
5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
