Job summary

Hitachi Digital Services in Dallas seeks an experienced QA Test Lead to drive end-to-end testing strategy for enterprise apps and backend integrations, leading offshore teams and building automation with Selenium/Java. Qualifications

• 15+ years of QA/testing leadership across applications and backend integrations.
• 6+ years leading automation testing teams using open-source tools.
• Strong experience with Selenium automation using Java.
• Expertise in API, Database, Regression, Mobile, Performance, and Load Testing.
• Experience creating user journey-driven test scenarios and managing test data.
• Experience managing offshore QA teams.
• Familiarity with Jenkins, SonarQube, JIRA, and Zephyr.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills.
• Goal-oriented mindset with strong focus on product quality and business outcomes.
