Job summary

City Brewing Company in Memphis is seeking a QA Technician to help ensure product quality from raw materials through finished goods. You will perform tests, inspections, and document results to support safe, compliant production.

Work closely with the production team to identify defects and drive continuous improvement, with emphasis on accuracy, communication, and adherence to quality standards. This full-time role requires a degree in a science field and hands-on QA experience; ISO 9001

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Biology, Chemistry, Sciences, or related field required.
• 1+ years of experience in quality assurance or a related field.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Experience with ISO 9001 or other quality management systems.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience with statistical process control.
• Certification in quality assurance or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Conduct tests and inspections on raw materials, in-process goods, and finished products to ensure they meet our high standards
• Identify defects and work with the production team to resolve any quality issues
• Maintain accurate records of all testing and inspection results
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards
• Continuously improve our quality control processes
