Job summary

Qualifications

• Must be capable of lifting up to 50 pounds, possess good math, communication and organizational skills.
• Detail-oriented.
• Skilled in the use of measuring devices, such as height gages and calipers.

Responsibilities

• Check production schedule at shift start and walk floor to review running products.
• Collect samples from each machine/line for testing per frequency and record results.
• Notify Shift Supervisor of non-conformances and escalate unresolved issues.
• Notify Quality Control Manager of any defects not corrected promptly.
• Identify non-conforming product and update the hold log.
• Update X Bar R charts and log results on the Shop Floor.
