Job summary

Engramec in Tampa, FL seeks a Quality Assurance/Production associate to ensure quality standards in daily operations. You will submit samples for finished goods and validation studies, inspect production areas, and help maintain records.

The ideal candidate has at least two years in QA or production in pharma or dietary supplements, strong Excel/Word skills, and reliable attendance to support cGMP training and audits.

Qualifications

• Must have good attendance and reliability.
• Two years' experience in Quality Assurance or production in pharmaceutical/dietary supplements.
• Working knowledge of Excel and Word.

Responsibilities

• Submit samples daily for finished goods and validation studies.
• Inspect production areas and equipment before production starts, and sign logs.
• Review test results and Batch Production Records as required.
• Audit Batch Production Records to ensure completeness before QA review.
• Provide training on validation protocols and participate in cGMP training.

Job description

• Submit samples on a daily basis for finished goods and validation studies.

Inspections

• Inspect production areas before production starts on a product.
• Inspect equipment before production starts and sign the cleaning log books.
• Inspect labels of products in production for correct label, expiration date and lot number as compared to the Batch Production Record.
• Inspect finished goods in the shipping area for correct QC Status (e.g. Quality Hold)

Review

• Review test results and place with the Batch Production Record and Validation Protocol as required.
• Review Batch Production Records in production for completeness.
• Review Validation Protocols so that they are ready when production starts.

Auditing

• Audit Batch Production Records to assure they are complete before giving to the QA Supervisor.

Training

• Conduct training as needed for validation protocols.
• Understand, review, and participate in cGMP training.

Job Qualifications

• Must have great attendance.
• Two years' experience in Quality Assurance or production preferably in the pharmaceutical and/or dietary supplements industry
• Working knowledge of spreadsheet and word processing software such as Excel and Word
