Mykelly is seeking a QA Technician to work onsite in Oakwood Village, OH 44146. The 1st shift runs 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM with pay at $20 per hour on W2.

The role involves testing raw materials, in-process samples, and finished products to ensure quality standards. You’ll collect data, maintain documentation, and collaborate with engineers, production staff, and supervisors to implement corrective actions.

Qualifications

• Highschool diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of 1 year of work experience in Quality Assurance or Quality Control or related field.
• Experience in a cGMP environment.
• Knowledge, Skills, Abilities: following established guidelines and strong documentation.

Responsabilités

• Perform a range of tests and inspections on raw materials, in-process samples, and finished products to verify compliance with quality standards.
• Collect and analyze data from quality control to identify trends, patterns, and potential issues.
• Maintain accurate QA documentation, including test records and inspection reports.
• Coordinate with quality engineers, production personnel, and supervisors to address concerns and implement corrective actions.

Job Summary

• Collectingandanalyzingdatafromqualitycontroltoidentifytrends,patterns,andpotentialissues.
• Maintainingaccurateandup-to-datequalityassurancedocumentation,includingtestrecords,inspectionreports,andotherrelevantdocumentation.
• Workingcloselywithotherteammembers,suchasqualityengineers,productionpersonnel,andsupervisors,toaddressquality-relatedconcernsandimplementcorrectiveactions

Key Responsibilities

• Developproject schedules,allocateresourcesandcommunicateprojectstatusandschedulestoallkeystakeholdersandensuredeliverablesandkeymilestonesaremetontimeandwithinbudget
• Managesadministrativetasks,likemaintainingstatusreportsandtimelines,asdirectedbytheProjectManager
• Capturesanddistributeskeymeetingdiscussionpoints,actionitemsandnextstepsduringstatusmeetingswithinternalteamsandclients
• Setupandmanageroutesforprojectsthroughtheinternalagencyapprovalprocess(Kantata,Workfront)
• UnderstandtheMedical/Legal/Regulatory(Veeva)reviewprocessandprepareallassetsanddocumentationforsubmissionandreviewinaccordancewithAbbViePromotionalMaterialReviewProcess
• Coordinateinteractiveresourceswithstudio/programming/creativeleads
• Create,compile,andmaintainprojectanddepartmentdocumentationasneeded(technicaldocumentation,serverfolderstructure,specsheets,estimatetracking,etc.)
• UnderstandtheAgencyWorkflowProcessincludingprojectinitiationandkickoff,collaboration,necessaryapprovals,productionandarchiving
• Demonstrateclearandconcisewrittenandverbalcommunicationskills
• Demonstratetheabilitytoprioritizeandmulti-tasktoenhanceproductivityandmanageworkload
• Possessabilitytoworkinahigh-volume,rapidlypacedenvironment
• ProficiencyusingtheMicrosoftSuiteofproducts(Outlook,Word,Excel,PowerPoint,Teams,SharePoint)andothersystems(Kantata/Mavenlink,Workfront)

Qualifications and Experience

• Highschooldiplomaorequivalentrequired.
