Job summary

TekWissen Group in Ohio seeks a QA Technician to perform material and product inspections, collect data, and ensure compliance with quality standards. The role supports daily production schedules and requires adherence to cGMP and proper PPE usage.

The position is onsite at the Oakwood Village facility with a Monday–Friday shift from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM. A high school diploma and 1+ year QA/QC experience are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of 1 year of work experience in Quality Assurance or Quality Control.
• Experience in a cGMP environment.
• Following established guidelines.
• Proven documentation/communication/digital literacy.
• Use Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and understand chemical hygiene.
• Infrequently lift and manipulate up to 50 pounds max unassisted.
• Stand and move about including reaching, bending, stooping, grasping.

Responsibilities

• Performing a range of tests and inspections on raw materials, in-process samples, and finished products to verify compliance with quality standards.
• Collecting and analyzing data from quality control to identify trends, patterns, and potential issues.
• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date quality assurance documentation, including test records, inspection reports, and other relevant documentation.
• Working closely with quality engineers, production personnel, and supervisors to address quality-related concerns and implement corrective actions
