Job summary

ProPharma is seeking a QA for QC Representative for a 12-month contract. The role focuses on approval of lab methods, method review, and transfer/validation, with training provided by the QA team.

Ideal candidates will have a background in Quality Control Laboratories, strong communication and time management skills, and LabVantage experience. We support hybrid work with some office time and encourage applicants from the Raleigh area to apply.

Qualifications

• Background in Quality Control Laboratories with hands-on experience in method review and approval.
• Experience with method transfer/validation and timely communication.
• Excellent communication and time management skills; LabVantage experience required.

This is a 12-month contract, beginning in Q4 2026 through the end of Q3 2026. The QA for QC Representatives will focus on approval of lab associated methods.

The QA for QC representatives will go through training with the QA team and be responsible for:

• Completion of training on time
• Review of methods
• Approval of methods
• Ensuring communication when barriers arise

The QA for QC Representatives should have a background in Quality Control Laboratories, method review, method approval and method transfer/validation. Personnel are expected to have excellent communication and time management skills to ensure timely reviews and approvals.

Experience in LabVantage is a must.
