Job summary

Del Monte Corporation is a global leader in fresh and fresh-cut produce, seeking a Quality Assurance Supervisor to support the QA Manager in overseeing food safety, sanitation, and QA programs. You will supervise QA and Sanitation Technicians to ensure adherence to quality standards and procedures.

The role requires 2 years of college or related QA experience, 2–3 years in a similar role with direct reports, strong Excel/Office skills, and HACCP knowledge.

Qualifications

• Combination of 2 years college education and/or experience as a QA Supervisor in a related field.
• At least 2 to 3 years prior experience in a similar role with direct reports.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office Programs (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Excellent communication skills (oral and written).
• Knowledge in HACCP.

Responsibilities

• Schedule shifts and delegate duties for QA and Sanitation Technicians.
• Ensure QA functions are documented accurately and efficiently.
• Follow up on HACCP deviations and update SOPs as needed.
• Oversee raw product inbound inspection processes.
• Assist in trending data for QA programs.
• Perform daily facility walkthroughs to ensure compliance and initiate corrective actions.
• Assist in internal and regulatory audits.
• Train staff on equipment calibrations, QA, and preventive maintenance.
• Conduct market visits to check Del Monte products at customer stores.
• Close findings/non-conformities with relevant departments.
• Review and update QA manuals.
