Job summary

Pilgrim’s is seeking a Quality Assurance Supervisor – Night Shift to oversee FSQA personnel and quality programs, including daily testing and HACCP/SSOP implementation.

The role requires leading a team, coordinating training, ensuring USDA/OSHA compliance, scheduling with Kronos, and collaborating with operations; travel 1–4 days; lifting up to 50 lbs; schedule Sunday–Thursday nights.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma/GED required; Associate degree preferred; or 3 years related experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and training.
• Certifications: GFSI (BRC specifically) training preferred.
• Experience: Supervisory experience required, preferably in poultry processing or slaughter operations. Must have an understanding of USDA and OSHA regulations.
• Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office; SAP experience is a plus. Strong communication and leadership skills, both written and verbal.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs. or more

Responsibilities

Quality Assurance Supervisor – Night Shift

This position is responsible for supervision of Food Safety and Quality (FSQA) personnel and quality programs, including the planning and implementation of the quality management program on the assigned shift. The QA Supervisor oversees the team in implementation and daily execution of product specification testing, food safety and quality procedures.

What You’ll Need:

• Ability to lift 50 lbs. or more
