Additionally, the role collaborates with Operations, Engineering, and Quality teams to proactively address quality concerns, minimize risk, and support continuous improvement efforts.
  • Responsible for ensuring adequate staffing levels are maintained to effectively support daily sorting, inspection, containment, and rework activities. This position coordinates temporary labor resources based on workload demands, production priorities, customer requirements, and quality-related issues to ensure timely and efficient execution of all assigned activities. Additionally, the role monitors resource utilization, adjusts staffing plans as needed, and works closely with staffing agencies and internal departments to maintain operational flexibility, meet performance objectives, and support uninterrupted customer service.
  • Provides leadership, direction, and supervision to QA Technicians responsible for inspecting all mass production (MP) harness change points and verifying that engineering and process changes are implemented accurately and in accordance with approved specifications.
