Job summary

A leading tech company in New York City is seeking a QA Manager to oversee quality strategy across multiple products. The successful candidate will have over 6 years of QA experience and lead testing efforts to ensure all releases are stable and compliant. Responsibilities include managing QA strategies, improving automation processes, and working closely with engineering teams. Qualifications

• 6+ years QA experience with 2+ years leading QA or test automation programs.
• Strong knowledge of automated testing practices (API/UI/mobile as applicable).
• Experience working with CI/CD and release workflows.
• Ability to design quality strategy for a multi-surface SaaS product.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Own QA strategy and test coverage across products.
• Build release readiness gates and improve pre-release confidence.
• Lead regression planning and manage risk-based testing.
• Partner with Engineering to reduce bugs through better tooling.
• Define quality metrics and drive continuous improvement.
