Job summary

Mind Robotics seeks a QA Reviewer & Calibration Lead to ensure data annotation throughput while maintaining high quality. You will lead calibration sessions with internal reviewers and vendor partners, identify and fix labeling issues, and keep guidelines current as project needs evolve.

You will monitor quality metrics, provide targeted feedback and coaching, and collaborate across technical leads, operations, and annotation teams to keep the data flywheel moving smoothly.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in QA, data annotation QA, or data review in high-velocity AI environments.
• Meticulous attention to detail and ability to resolve edge cases.
• Strong written and verbal communication to explain labeling rules clearly.
• Data fluency with dashboards, spreadsheets, and basic reports.
• Collaborative mindset with coaching reviewers and driving quality across the org.
• Experience with multi-camera/video annotation or robotics datasets is a plus.
• Experience with vendor teams (BPO/managed services) in hardware/AI deployments is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Run calibration sessions: Lead weekly alignment meetings to ensure consistent data grading and labeling.
• Track and fix quality issues: Identify errors, perform root-cause analysis, and build feedback loops.
• Update guidelines and documentation: Keep labeling instructions and SOPs up-to-date.
• Monitor quality metrics: Track accuracy and inter-annotator agreement across dashboards.
• Provide feedback and guidance: Deliver targeted training to reviewers on complex guidelines.
• Coordinate cross-functionally: Work with technical leads, operations, and annotation teams.
