Job summary

DDL, Inc. is seeking a QA-Report Reviewer to ensure the accuracy and completeness of test reports for medical device and pharmaceutical clients.

The role requires meticulous review and knowledge of test standards, with opportunities to interact with project managers and adapt to fast-paced deadlines. The successful candidate will have 3–5 years in a testing lab environment, strong communication skills, and a detail-oriented mindset.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in testing lab environment or related field.
• Technical understanding of test standards and contracts.
• Detail oriented with strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Review test reports, letters and data sheets for completeness and accuracy per test standards and test contracts.
• Track and trend recurring report errors, review comments, correction cycles, and approval delays; communicate findings and recommend corrective, preventive, or process-improvement actions to improve first-pass quality and report turnaround time.
• Maintain and apply current working knowledge of ISO/IEC 17025 requirements, 21 CFR Parts 211 and 820, and related procedures when reviewing reports.
• Other duties as assigned.
