Job summary

Fresenius Kabi in Melrose Park, IL is seeking a QA Project Manager to lead a complex site-wide remediation program with Quality leadership, coordinating across multiple workstreams and driving on-schedule deliverables.

The role requires strong PM expertise, cross-functional influence across Quality, Manufacturing, Engineering, Validation, Regulatory Affairs and Supply Chain, with PMP preferred and 5+ years in regulated industries.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Engineering, Quality, Business, PM or related field.
• PMP certification preferred.
• 5+ years of PM experience in regulated industries (pharma, biologics, medical devices, or manufacturing).
• Experience leading cross-functional projects with Quality systems, compliance, remediation or operational excellence.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day project management for the remediation program.
• Maintain and update the integrated remediation plan.
• Coordinate activities across multiple workstreams to meet timelines.
• Identify schedule risks, resource constraints, and execution challenges.
• Facilitate issue resolution and governance reporting.
• Support audit, regulatory and inspection readiness with accurate documentation.
