Responsibilities

• Evaluate and release finished product per P&D and SQR guidelines via SAP.
• Reclass finished product based on supply demand.
• Enter finished product data via Quality Tracking Database.
• Maintain records for lot folders in QA SharePoint.
• Use LIMS for finished product requests and updates.
• Enter QIR for assigned finished product.
• Cross-train in unit production and repack processes.
• Troubleshoot SAP, WMS, and Recap issues.
• Communicate quality matters with Operations.
• Support internal audits and QA training as auditor.

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate and release finished product per P&D and SQR guidelines via SAP
• Reclass finished product based on supply demand
• Finished product entry via the Quality Tracking Database
• Records retention for lot folders via the QA SharePoint site
• Familiarity with P&D and SQRs for finished product issues
• Use of LIMS for finished product / work requests
• QIR entry for assigned finished product
• Material ID extension requests, as appropriate
• Update nonconforming product in SAP if/when a Customer Complaint is logged for assigned finished product, per Product Steward guidance
• Cross-train in all unit production and repack processes, with efficiency in all operating units
• Troubleshooting of SAP, WMS, and Recap issues
• Communicate with Operations on quality matters
• Participate in internal auditing process- training as an auditor
• Member of Quality Awareness Committee (QAC)

Education, Certifications & Licenses

• High School diploma with the equivalent combination of advanced education and work experience required.
